Klio Krajewska, curator and project coordinator at WRO Art Center and WRO Media Art Biennale in Wroclaw, Poland, will present a quick look into polish performances since the 1980’s. From its inception in 1989, WRO has been devoted to art forms using contemporary means of creation and communication, presenting the work of highly renowned artists as well as debuts by young newcomers.
The program presented in the frame of Dimanche Rouge will be divided into two portions. One will focus specifically on Polish performances from the 1980’s-1990’s, and the other will present recent works from the last two editions of the WRO Media Art Biennale. The program will include a talk and a series of screenings.
